Edward Gordon Craig was a pioneer who worked in the British theatre in the late 19th and early 20th century with such legends as Ellen Terry and Henry Irving. He was a man of many talents, actor, producer, stage manager, set designer. This little book shows some of his designs for sets and character costumes, and gives a brief history and timeline.

The book is a rare one but is in poor condition, so the price reflects this.

Cover shows wear and staining, paper on spine torn top and bottom, staining on title pages and, fading, on first few pages of text. All illustrations OK - light foxing in places.
